With our Social Listening - Analytics application for Twitter, you can monitoring any content (hashtags, mentions, keywords...) and obtain your report with:
- Number of tweets per day/hour, hashtag and most used keywords.
- Ranking of tweets with more engagement, retweets, FAV's and most users mentioned.
- Type of tweets, language used and application used.
- Better day and time to publish.
*Keep in mind that Twitter does not usually return tweets older than 1 week.
2. Step by step.
Then you've to enter the content that you want to monitoring (hashtags, mentions, keyworkds...) and the period of time in which we want to analyze it.
In the sidebar on the left you will have access to statistics and data about engagement and the tweets. In addition, in 'Tweets management' you can filter by search terms, by date, language and exclude users or establish that only the user's publications. You can also set filters so that only tweets with links, with photo or video, original tweets, retweets, which exclude answers or only show these are displayed.
To edit your monitoring you must do it in the following icon:
