1. Introduction.

With the Cool Promo and Cool Promo White Label applications, included in the Gold and Diamond plans, respectively, you have the option to create a quiz, questionnaire or survey. In addition, you can enable a data form, which must be filled in by the user to complete his/her participation.

By default, the data form is displayed at the end of the quiz and just before the final screen. However, it is possible to display it before.

2. Step by step.

2.1. How to set it up.

To configure it, go to the 'Quiz' section of your campaign edition and check the box 'Display all the quiz questions on the same page'. Please note that the option to display the data form before the quiz questions is only possible when all the questions are displayed on a single page.

When checked, a second option, 'Users will have to fill in the form data before answering the quiz questions', will be displayed. Enable it.

Don't forget to save the configuration.

2.2. Incompatibilities.

The option to display the data form before the quiz is only available for quizzes or questionnaires in which all questions are displayed on a single page. It is not possible to configure it for a step quiz, where each question is displayed on one page.

The reason is simple, it is to avoid abandonment and improve conversion. Keep in mind that, in general, step-by-step quizzes (personality tests, knowledge tests, surveys...), consist of multiple questions. If the user fills in his/her personal data at the beginning and then finds himself/herself faced with a multitude of questions, there is a risk that he/she will abandon the quiz.

In this way, the participant knows at the outset what he or she is facing. And once the quiz is completed, the effort of filling in a data form will be minimal.
