Generally, once a subscription to one of our plans has been charged, it will not be refunded.
Please note that monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed every 30 and 365 days, respectively.
However, Cool Tabs offers a refund guarantee to those users who, having an active subscription to a plan, have not made a real and effective use of the platform.
In this case, you will be able to request a refund for the current billing period, and will not be able to request a refund of previous fees.
To request a refund, just contact us at help@cool-tabs.com, indicating the email address associated with your Cool Tabs account, so we can evaluate your case and we can make the refund.
What happens if you forget to cancel your plan? If you have tried the Free Trial, using the applications and tools of the platform, and you forgot to cancel your Trial, or you have a paid plan, and forgot to cancel the subscription, we are sorry, but the payment is not refundable.
In these cases, if you don't need to use the plan currently, we will keep it for you until you need it again.
Cancel your subscription, if you haven't already done so. Go to your profile > your plan (https://www.cool-tabs.com/my/plan?locale=es#plans) to cancel it, and then email us at help@cool-tabs.co, to let us know what happened. Your account will be downgraded to a Free plan.
When you need to reactivate your plan, you will only have to contact us again, so that we can reactivate it free of charge.
