1. What does the free trial do?
You can try any of our plans for free, for 7 days, without any limit. Thus, it allows you to use all the applications included in your testing plan: launch sweepstakes and select a winner, create campaigns and monitoring.
Sweepstakes apps, except the Twitter Sweepstakes app*, are included in all plans. If you are only looking to run sweepstakes on social networks, the basic plan, the Stone, is the one you need.
2. How to activate the free trial?
It is a requirement to activate a plan to use the free trial. After the 7-day trial period, the plan you are testing will be charged. If you do not want to subscribe to this plan, you just have to cancel it before the end of the 7 days.
To start using your free days, all you have to do is register on the platform, following the steps indicated below.
1) Register on Cool Tabs with your Facebook, Gmail, or Microsoft account.
2) Go to your profile, 'Your plan' section, to activate the free trial of one of the plans. Click on the 'Try for free 7 days' button of the plan you want to try.
If you are interested in sweepstakes, our basic plan, the Stone, is the one you need.
If you have doubts about which one is the most suitable for your needs, ask us through our web chat or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3) Once you have chosen the plan you want, you must enter the billing information and a credit card, where the charge of your plan will be done, after the 7 days trial, if you decide to continue and do not cancel the free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
Once you have completed this process, you will be able to start creating your campaigns and sweepstakes without any limit, for 7 days.
3. When does the free trial start?
The free days start counting from the exact moment the trial plan is activated. This does not prevent you from previously registering on the platform and, later, when you need to, activate the free trial.
Please note that the 7 days are counted from the exact moment of activation. 7 days later, at the same time it was activated, the trial will end and the subscription to the plan you were trying will be charged.
4. What happens after the 7-day trial period?
When the 7-day period expires, the subscription and corresponding charge for the plan you are trying will be made. If you do not want the subscription to take place, you only have to cancel it before the 7 days are up, from 'Your profile'.
Even if you cancel, you will still have access to the platform.
We take this opportunity to tell you that our payment plans are monthly. They are automatically renewed, but do not have any type of permanence. You can cancel the subscription at any time, from your profile, section 'Your plan'.
5. How do I cancel the free trial?
You can cancel the trial period, whenever you want, within the 7 free days.
Log in to your profile and go to the 'Your plan' section. In this section, you can see the status of your plan and the number of days left until it expires.
If you wish to cancel it, just click on the red 'Cancel' button, located under the icon of the plan you are trying. When you do so, the same section will show that you no longer have an active plan.
6. Other specifications.
