How to invite other users to view or edit a campaign or sweepstakes

1. Introduction.

Want a client or teammate to view or manage one of your campaigns? With Cool Tabs' Collaborators feature, you can invite people to access a specific campaign without sharing your account.

This feature is available on all our plans, including the 7-day free trial.

2. Step by step.

1) From your campaign list, open the 'Collaborators' section of the campaign or sweepstakes you want to share.

2) In the 'Collaborators management' section, enter each collaborator's name and assign them one of the following roles:

• Read only: can view campaign data, contestants, and statistics, but cannot make any changes.

• Read & Moderate: can also approve, reject, and remove contestants, and select winners.

• Read, Moderate & Write: full access, can do everything above plus edit any campaign information.

3) Once added, copy the generated link for each collaborator and send it to them so they can access the campaign.

4) Each collaborator will need to follow the link, sign up for Cool Tabs, and accept the invitation. They don't need to purchase any plan.

You can check the status of your invitations at any time by going back to the 'Collaborators' section.
