1. Introduction.
In Cool Tabs, you can invite other users to have access to your account and to all the campaigns you have created. This feature is very useful so that your customers, co-workers, or whoever you want can view and/or edit any campaign you have in your account.
This feature is only available in Gold and Diamond plans.
2. Step by step.
1) Log in to your Cool Tabs account and go to your profile.
2) Once there, go to the 'Users management' section and click on 'Add users to my account'.
3) Write the emails of the users you want to invite and click on the 'Send invitations' button.
They will receive the following email:
4) Finally, users will have to accept the invitation and register in Cool Tabs. To do so, they will have to select the login mode, accept the terms of service and fill in their data to complete their profile on our platform.
3. Other specifications.
Invitations to users are limited to 2 users with the Gold plan and 5 users with the Diamond plan. Increasing this limit has an additional cost. If you want to increase it, please contact us at help@cool-tabs.com.
