A highly requested new feature is now available: the ability to configure different images according to the language in your multilingual campaigns.
What is it and what is it for?
Until now, a campaign translated into several languages had always shown the same image to all participants, regardless of the language they accessed it in. With this new feature, you can customize the creative for each language and offer a much more tailored experience to your audience.
How does it work?
You still have the option to upload a single image, even if your campaign is in multiple languages. This is what we call the default image and it is managed the same way as before: a single image valid for all languages of the campaign.
As a new feature, you can now choose to upload different images for each language instead of a single image for all. To do this, you will find a new icon with flags next to the image manager that opens the language variants panel.
It is not necessary to cover all languages: for those you leave empty, the default image will automatically be shown.
Where is it available?
The feature is available in all images that you can configure within a campaign, allowing you to adapt your creative to the entire participant experience.
