You can now add UTM parameters directly from the embed code of your campaigns, without having to manually edit the URL or republish anything.
The campaign embed block includes a new section, UTM Parameters, with three fields: utm_campaign, utm_medium, and utm_source.
How It Works
On the campaign embed screen, below the size options, you will find the UTM Parameters section. Just enter the value for each parameter:
utm_campaign: the campaign (for example,summer_promo)utm_medium: the medium or type of traffic (for example,web,social,newsletter)utm_source: the specific source (for example, blog, home, facebook)
As you fill them in, the URL in the iframe data-src automatically updates in the code you will copy.
Then just click Copy and paste the updated code wherever you want to display the campaign.
Why It’s Useful
Mainly because it helps you identify and distinguish traffic by location. You can embed the same campaign in multiple places (your website, a blog post, a landing page) and assign each embed a different utm_source to see which location converts best.
