A good social media marketing action could be to create a social media campaign where you boost the users' participation, for instance, with a prize to attract potential clients. Nonetheless, an essential part to make our campaign successful is to disseminate the information, reaching the highest number of users who may be interested in it.
Although there is no magic formula to ensure the success of a campaign, you can carry out certain actions to publicize it and encourage participation.
1. How to achieve diffusion.
- Include links to your campaign in your social profiles. It doesn't matter if the campaign is on Facebook, in addition to sharing it on the wall of your fan page, you can spread it on Twitter, or LinkedIn, upload a photo to your Instagram profile that generates some curiosity, etc. In this case, do not forget to generate a link campaign, to include UTMs and know where the traffic comes from.
- Post periodic publications. Spread your campaign periodically on your social media profiles, as a reminder. This way you will make sure that users do not lose focus, and you will allow them to see where your campaign is coming from.
- Embed the campaign on your website or blog. Use your own means to make it go viral, either to include it with the iframe we provide you or link to it or write about it.
- Send a newsletter to your customer lists or only to those who have already participated in one of your actions, to amplify participation.
- Invest in Ads. We recommend making a small investment in Facebook Ads (Facebook and/or Instagram) to increase the visibility of the action and reach a potential audience. Don't forget to carry out an audience review, to target your ads based on the interests, behaviors, and characteristics of the users you want to impact. If your campaign is focused on Twitter users, then the alternative is Twitter Ads.
