Have you set up a campaign and want to show the result to your client, before publishing it? In this tutorial, we show you the different options you have to show it to your client, without the need to open the campaign on dates and make it public.
2. Step by step.
2.1. Send the preview URL.
The preview URL allows your clients to preview the campaign and review how each of the screens will look.
Just send them the preview URL we provide you from the campaign preview page.
Please note that this option is only available for Cool Promo White Label (Diamond plan).
In the following tutorial, we explain to you how to access this URL: How to access the preview URL.
2.2. Password-protected campaign.
It may be the case that the client prefers to view the campaign with the final result, as the participants will see it, without seeing the preview.
For these cases, you should send the URL of the campaign. But you will not have to open it on dates for it to be visible, but you have the option to password-protect it. This way, you make sure that only they have access.
In the 'Basic data' section > 'Advanced' tab, of the campaign edition, you will find the option to add a password.
When a user clicks to participate, they are prompted to enter an access code in order to participate.
The 'Username' field can be left blank, only the password will be taken into account.
2.3. Password-protected campaign form.
This option is also configured in the 'Basic data' section > 'Advanced' tab of the campaign edition.
In this case, if the campaign URL is made public, users will be able to access the landing page and see what the campaign will look like (within the established dates), but to access the form they will have to enter a password set by the administrator.
This option is very useful when you want to run an internal campaign, for example, for certain employees or departments, in which only those who know the password will be able to participate.
