When you embed a campaign on a website, there are several reasons why it may not display correctly. Below, we explain the most common ones and how to fix them.
1) Incomplete or incorrect code
For optimal display, you must include the complete script or content widget generated when creating a campaign. If the full code is not added, extra spaces or unnecessary scroll bars will appear and the campaign will not resize correctly.
2) The website container restricts the size
If the element on your website that contains the widget has a fixed height or the CSS property overflow: hidden, the campaign may be clipped or not fully displayed. Make sure the container allows the iframe to resize freely.
3) CSS conflicts with the page
Your website's styles may interfere with how the campaign is displayed. If you notice layout issues, check whether any global CSS rules (margins, paddings, max-width, etc.) are affecting the widget container.
4) Minimum height and width
When adding the code, you can force a minimum height and width so that the campaign fits better within your page layout. To do this, fill in the "minimum height" and "minimum width" fields shown in the Control Panel. The embed code will update automatically.
5) The campaign does not display in WordPress
WordPress automatically removes <iframe> tags when saving from the visual editor, which can cause the widget code to disappear or break. The solution depends on which editor you are using:
Block editor (Gutenberg): insert a "Custom HTML" block and paste the widget code there. Do not convert the block to another type after pasting, as WordPress may remove the iframe.
Classic editor (TinyMCE): switch to the "Text" tab (not "Visual") before pasting the code. Save without switching back to the Visual view, as toggling between the two tabs may cause WordPress to strip the HTML and remove the iframe.
Via plugin: if neither of the above options works, there are plugins available that disable iframe filtering in WordPress. Once installed, they allow the widget code to be inserted normally.
