I forgot to cancel my plan, what happens now?
If you tried the Free Trial and, after the 7 days, forgot to cancel it, or if you had a paid plan and forgot to cancel the subscription, we're sorry, but the payment is not refundable. Keep in mind that subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days (monthly plans) or every 365 days (annual plans).
If you don't currently need to use the plan, what we do in these cases is keep it for you until you need it again.
To do this, cancel your subscription if you haven't already, by going to your profile > Your plan, and email us at help@cool-tabs.com to let us know what happened. Your account will be converted to a Free plan.
When you want to reactivate the plan, you'll just need to contact us again so we can restore it free of charge.
Refund guarantee
Cool Tabs offers a refund guarantee to users who, while having an active subscription to a plan, have not made real, effective use of the platform.
In that case, you can request a refund for the current billing period, though you won't be able to request a refund for previous charges.
To request a refund, just write to us at help@cool-tabs.com, letting us know the email address associated with your Cool Tabs account, so we can review your case and process the refund.
