Cool Tabs plans are non-permanent, so you can cancel at any time. Monthly and annual subscription renewals will be done automatically every 30 and 365 days, respectively.
If you have tried the Free Trial, using the applications and tools of the platform and, after 7 days, you forgot to cancel it, or having a paid plan, you forgot to cancel the subscription, we are sorry, but the payment is not refundable. (We remind you that monthly and annual subscription renewals will be done automatically every 30 and 365 days, respectively).
What we do in these cases, if you don't currently need to use the plan, is to keep it until you need it again.
Cancel your subscription, if you have not already done so, by going to your profile > your plan (https://www.cool-tabs.com/my/plan?locale=es#plans), and email us at help@cool-tabs.com, to let us know what happened. Your account will be converted to a Free plan.
When you need to reactivate the plan, you will only have to contact us again, so we can reactivate it free of charge.
On the other hand, you should know that Cool Tabs offers a refund guarantee to those users who, having an active subscription to a plan, have not made a real and effective use of the platform.
In this case, you can request a refund corresponding to the current billing period, and you will not be able to request a refund of previous fees.
To request a refund, just contact us at help@cool-tabs.com, indicating the email address associated with your Cool Tabs account, so we can evaluate your case and we can make the refund.
