Cool Tabs offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all the features of the plan you choose, with no limits and no commitment.
In this tutorial we explain how to activate it, how it works, and what happens once the trial period ends.
2. What the free trial includes.
During the 7-day trial you will have access to all the tools included in the plan you choose. You will be able to:
Create sweepstakes on Instagram, Facebook, and other social networks*.
Select winners automatically.
Design and launch interactive marketing campaigns.
Run monitoring campaigns (except on Twitter, which has restrictions).
You can try any of our plans completely free for 7 days and without any limit.
Sweepstakes apps are included in all plans (except the Twitter Sweepstakes app*). If you only want to run sweepstakes on social networks, the basic plan, Stone, is all you need.
3. How to activate the free trial.
To start using Cool Tabs for free for 7 days, follow these steps:
1. Register on Cool Tabs with your Facebook, Gmail, Microsoft account, or your email.
2. Go to Account > Settings > My plan.
3. Click on "Try for free for 7 days" on the plan you want to try.
If you're only interested in sweepstakes, our basic plan, Stone, is all you need. If you're not sure which plan suits you best, ask us through our web chat or write to us at help@cool-tabs.com.
4. Complete the billing information and enter a credit card. No charge is made until the trial period ends. If you don't cancel before the 7 days are up, the subscription charge will be made automatically to that card.

4. When the free trial starts.
The trial period starts the exact moment you activate the plan, not when you register. You can register in advance and activate the trial later, whenever you need it.
The trial lasts 7 days from the exact moment of activation.
Once the 7 days have passed, the trial ends at the same time it was activated, and the subscription to the plan you were trying will be charged automatically.
5. What happens after the 7 days.
If you don't cancel before the 7 days are up, the paid subscription for the plan you tried will be activated automatically.
If you decide to continue, the charge will be made to the card on file.
If you'd rather not continue, you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
Even if you cancel, you will still have access to the platform unless you decide to delete your account entirely.
6. How to cancel the free trial.
You can cancel the free trial at any time within the 7-day period.
1. Go to your profile and access the "Your plan" section.
2. Check the status of your plan and how many days are left.
3. Click the red "Cancel" button under the plan's icon. That same section will then show that you no longer have an active plan.
4. You will receive a confirmation email and will keep access until the 7 days are over.
7. Important considerations.
The Twitter Sweepstakes app* is not included in the free trial.
