Now, you can use a new feature that randomly assigns thank-you pages, perfect for campaigns distributing large numbers of prizes or coupons without relying on instant wins.
1. What it is.
Until now, thank you pages were shown based on:
Quiz answers
Score achieved
Personality tests or other configurable conditions
With this new option, you can assign thank you pages completely at random, regardless of a participant’s quiz answers, score, or personality test results.
This is especially useful for campaigns with lots of prizes or coupons, where instant wins are not practical. For example, distributing hundreds of thousands of cash prizes, like 500,000 prizes of €1, 120,000 of €2, and 100 of €3.
Each participant will see a random final page, preventing prizes from being concentrated or unexpectedly exhausted. You can also combine this with a maximum number of participants per page, allowing controlled, gradual distribution without constantly monitoring availability.
In short, this makes it easy to distribute prizes and coupons at scale in a fair, probabilistic way while keeping campaign management simple.
2. Key Features.
2.1 Flexible setup.
Global random assignment: Check “Assign the final screen randomly among the available ones” to turn the feature on or off for your campaign.
Individual page selection: Use “Include in randomly selected final pages” to choose which pages can be part of the random pool without removing them from your campaign.
2.2 Limit the number of participants per page.

Each final page (each prize) can have a maximum number of participants. For example:
- Page “€1” → max 500,000
- Page “€2” → max 120,000
- Page “€3” → max 100
- Page “No prize” → unlimited
The system automatically checks availability to prevent over-assignment.
Pages that run out of slots are automatically removed from the random pool to simplify management.
3. How it works in a campaign.
End of quiz/form: When a participant finishes, the platform checks if the “Assign the final screen randomly” option is active.
Random page selection: The system chooses a random thank-you page from the enabled pages (those marked “Include in randomly selected final pages”).

Check available slots:
Each page has a maximum number of participants.
If the selected page is full, another page is randomly chosen.
The process repeats until a page with available slots is found.
No pages available: If all pages are full, the default thank you page is shown, e.g., “Sorry, you didn’t win a prize.”
Automatic optimization: Pages that run out of slots are removed from the random selection pool. If more slots are added later, they can be reactivated manually.
4. Example.
Imagine a campaign with both physical and cash prizes:
Physical prizes via Instant Win:
3 trips
50 tickets
300 t-shirts or promotional gifts
Cash prizes via random thank you pages:
500,000 prizes of €1
120,000 prizes of €2
100 prizes of €3
How it works together:
Physical prizes are distributed via Instant Win, ensuring each prize is awarded as scheduled.
Cash prizes are distributed via random thank-you pages, so each participant receives a page probabilistically, preventing accumulation or sudden depletion of prizes.
You can set a maximum number of participants per page, controlling how many people receive each type of prize for gradual distribution.
This lets you combine instant wins and random pages, efficiently distributing both large and small prizes, physical or cash, without overloading your campaign.
