November 2025 – New feature: Initial Countdown Time in Gamification

A new gamification feature is now available, allowing you to configure the initial countdown time. This update provides greater flexibility to tailor the gameplay experience.

The new field lets you define the number of countdown seconds shown to users before the game starts. This way, you can give players more or less preparation time depending on the dynamics of your promotional campaign.

This option is available in all games that include a countdown:

• Matching Cards

• Memory Cards

• Hidden Objects

• Find the Differences

• Pop It

• Hangman

• Puzzle

• Word Search

• Sort the Letters

You can find this option in the gamification settings within the campaign editing panel. Simply go to the game settings section and set the desired value in the Initial countdown duration field.

Thanks to this improvement, you can better control the game’s pace, help users get ready before starting, and enhance overall engagement.
