2. Change the sender email address.
3. Change the reply-to email address.
The Cool Tabs email tool allows you to customize the sender address on emails sent to your campaign participants. You have three options: change only the sender name (no additional setup required), use your own company domain as the sending address (requires DNS integration), or configure a different reply-to address so replies from users reach your inbox (also no additional setup required).
1. Change the sender name.
You can keep noreply@your-promos.com as the sending address and simply customize the name that appears. The email will be delivered as:
Your sender name <noreply@your-promos.com>
The recipient will only see the sender name you configured in their inbox.
2. Change the sender email address.
If you prefer emails to be sent from your own domain, they will be delivered as:
Your sender name <email@yourdomain.com>
To send from your own domain, your DNS administrator will need to configure the following records. For example, for the domain acme.com:
email.acme.com CNAME xxxxxxx
s1._domainkey.acme.com CNAME xxxxxxx
s2._domainkey.acme.com CNAME xxxxxxx
This option has an additional cost. Contact us at help@cool-tabs.com for a price quote. Once the integration is confirmed, we will provide the exact values to replace the "xxxxxxx" placeholders.
3. Change the reply-to email address.
You can set a different reply-to address. The email will be sent from noreply@your-promos.com, but when the recipient clicks 'Reply', their response will go to myemail@mybrand.com.
This option requires no DNS integration and can be configured directly.
