How long is the data captured with Cool Tabs stored for?

1) Users with an active plan.

During periods with an active plan, the information, and data captured are automatically deleted after 36 months.

2) Users who no longer have an active plan.

Data deletion in Cool Tabs follows an agreement according to the type of data stored:

• Deletion of sweepstakes data for users who have not made any payments: 2 months.
• Deletion of sweepstakes data for users who have subscribed to a plan: 6 months.
• Deletion of data from other applications (Cool Promo Lite, Cool Promo, Cool Promo White Label) for users who have not made any payment: 6 months.
• Deletion of data from the rest of the applications (Cool Promo Lite, Cool Promo, Cool Promo White Label) for users who have a contracted plan: 13 months.
