How to download a file with the entries list in Excel or CSV format

1. Introduction.

Cool Tabs applications allow you to download a file in Excel or CSV format with all the data of the participations (including the unpublished ones), personal data of the participants, email events…

Once you create the campaign, you will have access to this data. You don't have to wait until the end of the campaign to access the data, you can access them during the campaign.

2. Step by step.

1) From the main page of your campaigns, go to the 'Leads' section.

2) Click on the 'Download' section, which you will find on the left sidebar.

3) Choose the type of file, Excel or CSV, and the data you want to download (complete data of participations, complete data of participations including unpublished ones…).

4) Once you have selected the type of data you want to download, wait for the file to be generated.

In addition, you will receive a link to download this data to the email address linked to your account.
