How to obtain a report filtered by specific dates

If you want to view or download the data of entries of your campaign for a specific period (for example, only the first week of the contest), you can do so using the date filters.

In this tutorial, we show you how to do it.

Step by step

1. Access the list of campaigns.

2. Locate your campaign and click on the Leads icon (user icon).

3. In the left column, click on the Leads > Participants section. 

4. You will see the Filters panel at the top. Enter the Start Date and the End Date of the period you want to consult.

    

   

    

5. From there, you have two options:

   • Download filtered Excel. You will get an Excel file with only the entries from that date range.

   • Filtered statistics. You will apply the date filtering, and it will be reflected in the campaign statistics, showing only the data from the selected period. From that screen, you can also download the reports.
