1. Introduction.

All Cool Tabs applications allow you to download reports in Excel or CSV format with your campaign data: participations, personal data, winners, email and SMS events, and more.

You can download these reports at any time, without waiting for the campaign to end.

2. Step by step.

1) From the campaign list, access the Leads section of your campaign.

2) Expand the left sidebar and go to Leads > Downloads.

3) You will see the list of available reports. Click Excel or CSV next to the report you want to download:

• Full participation data. Includes all data from approved participations: registration form data (name, email…) and participation-specific data (quiz answers, code entered, points obtained…). This is the most complete report for analysing campaign results.

• Full participation data (including unpublished). Same as above, but also includes rejected or hidden participations. Useful if you need to review entries that were automatically discarded.

• Winners only. Contains only the data of participants who have been selected as winners. Ideal for managing prize delivery.

• Personal data only (no duplicates). Includes only the registration form data, with one record per participant even if they participated multiple times. Useful for importing contacts into an email marketing tool or CRM.

• Campaign form errors/accesses. Records who accessed the campaign form and any errors that occurred during the participation process. Useful for detecting drop-offs or friction in the registration flow.

• Download email events. Exports the events of emails sent from this campaign (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced…).

• Download SMS events. Exports the events of SMS messages sent from this campaign.

• Contact data in Google Contacts format (to import into your phone or WhatsApp). Exports participant contact data (name and email) in a format compatible with Google Contacts. Available in CSV only.

Large reports are generated in the background. When ready, you will receive an email with the download link.
