1. Introduction.
The Cool Promo White Label app, included in the Diamond plan, allows you to set up a multi-language campaign so that all texts (titles, description, questions, buttons…) are displayed in several languages.
These are the languages you can enable in your campaign: Spanish, English, Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Basque, French, Galician, Croatian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.
We can also provide any other language for your campaign, on request.
2. Step by step.
2.1. How to set up the multi-language option.
Languages are configured from the 'Basic data' section of the campaign edition. You can set the default language in which the campaign will be displayed and enable other languages so that the user who participates can select the language in which he/she prefers to see the campaign.
Keep in mind that the correct process to set up the multi-language is as follows:
1) Select the default language.
When you create, from scratch, your campaign with the Cool Promo application, you will be able to define the main language of the campaign.
Specify the language in which it will be displayed by default, as well as the other languages.
2) Continue to set up the campaign in the default language. If you are setting up, for example, a quiz, add the questions, and the answers and customize the final screens.

3) Save this configuration.
4) Edit the campaign to add the other languages. Review the different sections you have previously configured to add them in the other languages.
5) Save the changes and preview the campaign to see the result.
From the 'Screens' option, in the top sidebar of the preview, you can go through all the screens of your campaign. And with the language selector (flag icon), you can change the language in which it is displayed.
2.2. How multi-language works for participants.
When the user clicks on the campaign URL, the user's default browser language is detected and he/she is redirected to the landing page in the detected language. For example, if the campaign is configured in Spanish, English, and French, and the user has his browser in Spanish, she/he will see the campaign in Spanish.
What happens if the browser is set into a different language than the campaign languages? The user will be redirected to the most compatible language in this case. For example, if the browser is in Galician, but the campaign is only in Spanish and English, it will be shown in Spanish. And if it is in French, but the campaign is in Spanish and English, it will be displayed in English.
Anyway, the user can change the language from the selector that appears in the campaign footer, and in which all the available languages are shown.
