2. How to change the number of columns.
1. Introduction.
In quiz or survey questions, by default the answers are displayed in two columns.
However, you can modify this value to adapt the design to the needs of your campaign: for example, show the answers in a single column to give more prominence to each option, or in three columns if you have many answers and want to make the most of the space.
Additionally, you can set a different number of columns depending on the device, so that the question looks good both on mobile and desktop.
2. How to change the number of columns.
The number of columns setting is done at the question level, so you can define a different value for each quiz question if needed.
Step 1. From the campaign editor, access the quiz question you want to modify.
Step 2. Within the question, go to the Design tab.
Step 3. Select the number of columns you want to display for each device (desktop and mobile) and save the changes.
The result will be applied automatically. For example, setting a single column will give you a design like this:
Remember that the setting only applies to the question where you configure it. If you want all quiz questions to have the same number of columns, repeat the step for each one.
3. Other specifications.
We recommend checking the result both on desktop and mobile from the campaign preview before publishing it, especially if you set different values per device.
