How to Change the Color of Error Messages in the Form

Updated August 06, 2026

When you set up a quiz or a form with mandatory fields or required answers, the platform validates that the user has correctly completed the information before allowing them to proceed or submit the form.

If any data is missing or the format is invalid (for example, an incorrect email or an unanswered question in a quiz), an error message is displayed indicating what needs to be corrected.

Examples of how it looks:

How to Configure Error Colors

These error messages are presented by default with a red/pink background #E91E63 and white text, and can be customized from the campaign editor.

To customize these styles:

  1. Access your campaign editor.
  2. Go to Form > Advanced.
  3. In the “Form Styles” section you will find the configuration options.
