How to configure that users must upload a file in order to participate

1. Introduction.

The Cool Promo and Cool Promo White Label (white label) applications, included in the Gold and Diamond plans, allow you to add a field in the entry form to ask participants to upload a file.

They must attach a file (PDF, Word, Excel...) to complete their participation in the campaign.

2. Step by step.

1) Go to the 'Custom entry form' section of the campaign editor.

2) Click on the 'Add question' button.

3) In the 'Basic data' tab, include a text, in the 'Question' field, so that the participants know that they have to upload a file. To let the user know what type of file is allowed, either in the question or as a description of the question, you can give them directions.

Do not forget to check the 'It is required to answer this question' checkbox.
