1. Introduction
When setting up a campaign, you usually define a default final page and/or different final pages based on specific conditions, such as quiz score, selected answers, or the result of an Instant Win.
However, you can also configure final pages to be assigned randomly from a set of available screens. This option is useful when you want to show different final messages or distribute prizes randomly, without relying on rules, scores, or specific answers.
1.1. How random final pages work
When the user finishes participating, the platform randomly selects a final page to display from those that:
They are included in the random assignment.
Still have available slots if a limit has been set.
If no random final page has available slots, the default final page of the campaign will be shown.
2. Use case example
Imagine a campaign where, after completing a form, participants can receive different prizes at random:
Final page “€10 prize”, with a limit of 1,000 participants.
Final page “€5 prize”, with a limit of 3,000 participants.
Final page “No prize”, with no participant limit.
By enabling random assignment of final pages and including these screens in the random selection, each user will see one of them when finishing the campaign.
When one of the prize pages reaches its maximum limit, it will no longer be shown, and the system will continue to randomly assign from the remaining pages.
3. Step by step
3.1. Access the final screen settings
Open your campaign editor.
Go to the Final screen section in the settings menu.
3.2. Enable random assignment of final pages
Within the Final screen section, locate and check the following options:
Show personalized content based on score (points-based quizzes and gamifications), category (personality tests), and/or the code entered during participation.
Assign the final screen randomly among the available ones. When this option is enabled, the platform will show a random final page once the user finishes the campaign.
3.3. Select which final pages are included in the random assignment
For each final page you want to include in the random selection:
Open the individual final screen settings.
In each final screen, check: Include in randomly selected final pages.
Only final pages with this option enabled can be selected at random.
3.4. Limit how many times each final page is shown (optional)
In the settings of each final page included in the random assignment, you can define a maximum number of participants:
-
Under Final screen > Advanced, enable: Final screens have a maximum number of allowed participants.
-
Go back to the individual final screen editor and set the maximum number of times that page can be shown.
Save your changes.
When a final page reaches its limit, it will automatically stop being assigned, and the system will continue showing pages that still have available slots.
4. Additional notes
We recommend that you:
Always configure a default final page as a fallback.
Use participant limits to control prize or incentive distribution.
