1. Introduction.
When setting up your campaign, you will find that you will be working with a text editor. This happens, for example, to include the description, headers, or the text of the legal bases.
Before entering a text in the editor, you must take into account certain aspects.
Often, if the text is copied directly from Word, Drive... it can be modified, since it may not support all the available fonts.
To avoid problems, you have two options, which we show you below.
2. Step by step.
2.1. Plain text (recommended).
In most cases, it is convenient to paste as plain text, since it allows total control of the result and is perfect for texts associated with the headers of the campaign pages.
To perform a copy-paste of plain text in the editor, you have to press the button reserved for such action or the combination CTRL + Shift + V.
Once you have pasted the plain text, you will be able to modify the text styles, using the built-in WYSIWYG tools of the editor.
Another tip for inserting plain text is to paste the original text into a notepad and copy it from there back into your campaign editor. This will remove any reference to the original file.
2.2. Text with legacy formatting.
Another option is to copy the text from an editing program such as Word, which already has some styles incorporated because you want to inherit them in the campaign (for example, when we include the legal bases). To do this you can use the button available for this purpose or press the combination Ctrl + V in the editor.
The final result may vary depending on the origin of the text, so it will be necessary to edit it in our editor to eliminate possible errors that may appear.
