1. Introduction.

In Instant Win campaigns, where the winner(s) are selected randomly and instantly, you have the option to moderate the winning moments.

The moderation functionality allows the campaign administrator to review the entries and check that the winners meet the conditions. The instant win winner will see the message that he/she has won, but that his/her participation is pending review by the administrator.

This is very useful when, in addition to completing the personal data form, the user has to upload a photo, for example, of the purchase receipt. This way you can prevent a participant, who does not upload a correct ticket or any other image, from winning.

2. Step by step.

2.1. How to set it up.

To enable moderation, go to the 'Exclusions' tab of the 'Instant Wins' section and enable the 'Instant Wins must be reviewed before notifying the winner' option.

2.1.1. Receive notification of new moderation.

In addition, you can enable the option to be notified by email every time an Instant Win is released, and you need to review it.

When you enable the moderation option, a new checkbox will be displayed to send an email with each new Instant Win to be reviewed. Check it and enter the email(s), separated by commas or spaces, to which you want to be notified.

If you have activated the email notification, you will only have to click on the link we will send you to access the entries and start reviewing them.

You can also access the list of participants from the main page of your campaigns by clicking on the 'Leads' icon.

Or access from the Instant Wins list of the campaign edition. By clicking on the 'Pending moderation' icon, you will be able to confirm or discard the participant.

After reviewing each new entry, you will be able to mark the entry as valid or invalid.

• If you mark it as valid and confirm the winner, you will be able to email the user, letting him/her know that he/she has won. 
• If you reject the participation, that instant win will go back to the queue to be assigned to the next participant. You can either discard the participant for that particular participation or discard it, preventing the user from participating again and winning. In both cases, users will not know that they have been rejected as winners.

2.1.3. Customize the moderation warning message.

Configure and customize the message that will be shown to those winners, so that they know that their participation is pending review, from the 'Content' tab of the 'Instant Win' section.

You can let them know that they have won, but that their participation is going to be verified by the administrators.
