1. Introduction.
With Cool Tabs, you can create an online Jackpot campaign, inspired by classic slot machines, to award prizes instantly.
Here's how it works:
The user accesses the campaign and clicks a button to spin the reels.
They fill out a form.
When the reels stop, the resulting combination of symbols determines whether they've won a prize.
This dynamic, combined with the Instant Win mechanic, lets you schedule prizes for specific dates and times, selecting winners randomly and instantly. If a user participates at the scheduled time or shortly after, the machine will display the winning combination. If no one participates at that exact moment, the prizes remain queued and are awarded as users continue to participate.
You can also customize the symbols shown on the reels with your own images.
2. Step by step.
2.1. Create the campaign.
First, you need to create your campaign and configure its basic settings.

2.2. Configure the Instant Wins.
The Jackpot is based on the Instant Win mechanic, so the next step is to configure the winning moments used to distribute prizes.

Once that's set up, you can configure the Jackpot symbols, as explained in the next section.
2.3. Configure the Jackpot.
1. Go to the "Gamifications" section, activate "Jackpot", and click "Configure".
2. Upload the images (symbols) that will appear on the machine's three reels.
Basic configuration
Upload as many images as you want to display as symbols on the Jackpot. You need at least six different symbols.
Advanced option: different images for each reel
If you don't want the winning combination to show the same image on all three reels, you can configure different symbols for each reel:
Enable the "Add different images for each reel" option.
Upload a specific image for Reel 1, another for Reel 2, and another for Reel 3.
This setup lets you create more varied and personalized combinations.
Note:
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF (with or without transparency), at 180 × 140 px. By default, the background color of the reels where the images are displayed is white. The aspect ratio of the reel images is 9:7.
Give each symbol an internal name so you can identify it easily.
3. Customize the design:
Machine title (optional): displayed on the data form page, right above the machine's reels.
Button text: customize the message (the default is "Try your luck").
Content to display above the Jackpot machine (optional): shows content (text and/or image) on both the data form page and the page shown after participating. HTML is also supported. It will appear right above the machine, between the title and the machine.
Content to display below the Jackpot machine (optional): configure additional content (text and/or image) right below the Jackpot. You can include it on the data form page and/or on the page shown after participating — for example, as a description. HTML is also supported.
4. Save the settings to continue customizing your campaign.
2.4. Link the Instant Wins with a symbol.
Finally, link each Instant Win to a Jackpot symbol:
1. Go to the "Instant Win" section > "Individual Instant Winners Management".
2. Edit each Instant Win and select its corresponding symbol under the "Jackpot" tab.
Example:
The Instant Win "Trip Winner" is linked to the symbol "Trip" (a plane ticket image).
The winner of that Instant Win will see the plane ticket symbol displayed as the winning combination on the Jackpot machine.
