Campaign summary reports: what they are and how you can receive them

At Cool Tabs, we send our users reports with a summary of all their campaigns.

Reports available and when they are sent

You will receive:

• On January 1st, a summary report for the previous year.
• On April 1st, July, and October, a summary report for the previous quarter.
• On the 1st of each month, a summary report for the previous month.

They are sent automatically, by default, to a user:

• With more than 30 contents in their account.
• With a Gold or Diamond plan contracted. 
• With an active Cool Promo campaign.

Keep in mind that all account users will receive a copy of those reports.

How do I cancel?

You can unsubscribe from 'Your profile' > 'Your user' > 'Communication preferences'. Click on the checkbox 'I agree to receive monthly summary reports of my campaigns', to disable the option and update the changes.
